umm what to say? A great flight and a dream. This flight links the 2 greatest flying sites in the world, Booni in the Hindukush and Hunza in the Karakorum. I thought it would be a bivy flight but the conditions were amazing and got it done in a day. Landed and walked to the Mulberry hotel to share my joy with John Silvester and Eddie Colfox who had just gotten back from China. Most of the route follows the road and it's mostly over landable areas.
I believe this is a record for distance, max height and flight duration in Pakistan.

Video for the FlightReply »
Sorry it took so long. Here is video for first half of flight. The other video around Tirich Mir was shot October of 2007. Thanks again for all the interest. Don't think Pakistan is not for you.. I'm not that great of a pilot I've just gotten in good flights because I spent 5 months there in 2007 and 2 months so far this year. Bound to hit some good days!

Hi Brad, I am really deeply impressed of your flight!
Maybe the conditions were a present, but a pilot must have the spirit to realise such a big and long flight in this area. Congratulations to that! I always wanted to go to Ladhak for flying, maybe I should change...
All the best for your next projects ;-),
Peter
