The Matese mountains are very interesting for XC flights because you can fly in all directions with different winds. In Matese there are mountains, hills and flatland to cross, so the cross country fligth is very exciting and technical. You can cover triangles fligth of more than 150 km and in line fligth of more than 200 km.
