Combining IGC FILES

So - had my Alfapilot run out of battery but I had started flyskyhy on my phone - flew about 1 hour with overlaping IGC files.

How can I combine them so that the flights gives a valid IGC file for XCONTEST

as the orginal alfapilot IGC terminated it doesnt seem to want to open in GPSDUMP etc - bt I can import on LOGFLY 5 but then its not valid on XCONTEST.
