Flytec 6015 long flights cannot be verified

Recently when uploading igc files using GPS Dump, which has always worked in the past, if the flights are long (like over 7km, or 4-5 hours) they do not upload in full- ie cannot be "verified", and they don't upload in Leonardo either. I'm using the instrument as I always have- turn it on, set the altitude manually, when I land I wait til it processes all the data and let it turn off on its own.

Any ideas?
